Owner-operated, from the first job to today.
Sky Force Construction Inc. is an owner-operated general contracting and renovation company based in Ontario, founded by Carlos Sermeno and Noe Menocal.
Carlos and Noe each spent years working for other companies in roofing, windows and doors installation, and general contracting, gaining hands-on experience across the trades.
Eventually they started taking on independent projects of their own: finished basements, duplex conversions, bathroom and kitchen renovations, flooring, interlocking patios and decks, helping each other out whenever a job needed an extra set of hands.
As those projects grew to include legal duplex conversions and larger home improvement jobs, conversations turned to building something together. After working through the details and the paperwork, Sky Force Construction Inc. was officially founded in June 2024, and Carlos and Noe have been building side by side ever since.
The company is focused on helping people turn their vision for their home into reality, guiding every client from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, with practical solutions and ideas suited to their needs.
“If you see us on a job site, don't hesitate to stop and say hi.”

Carlos and Noe are the owners and operators, and they're usually on site doing the work themselves.
